At this time, refunds for Sezzle orders through CommentSold must be initiated within your Sezzle account. You can do this by logging into your account, selecting the "Orders" tab, and then searching for the order.
Selecting an order will allow you to either issue a full refund or a partial refund. Please do not worry about how much the shopper has paid - our system will automatically issue the relevant refund back to the shopper, if applicable.
While store credit is often an acceptable refund method, please do not issue refunds through PayPal, Venmo, cash, or other platforms. Should a shopper dispute an order that was refunded through a platform that wasn't Sezzle or store credit, that refund may not be considered valid evidence.
