I had two-factor authentication set up, but my email has now changed.
If your email has changed, you will need to set up new login information to get into your merchant account. You can do this by logging in with your old email, navigating to "users" in your merchant dashboard, and selecting "invite new user." You can then send an invite to your new email address. From here you'll need to respond to the email invitation and create new login information. Once you have done this, you can re-enable two-factor authentication for the new account.
I have two-factor authentication set up, but I need to change my phone number
If you need to change the phone number on your account, you will need to do so within the two-factor authentication module. Simply enter your login information as usual, and when the two-factor authentication screen appears, select the edit icon next to your phone number to change the phone number setup with your two-factor authentication.
I no longer have access to the phone number used on my account and I cannot get logged in with two-factor authentication.
