Our fees are listed in the Merchant Agreement that is signed upon applying with Sezzle. If for some reason a different fee rate applies to your store, our approvals team will let you know your specific rate and billing date. Our fee covers all fraud and repayment risk, as well as any costs incurred while processing all payments for the shopper.
Order Processing Fee
A set percentage of each order and a small processing fee is applied to all orders. You can see the total of these fees deducted from your orders right on the "Orders" page - it's clearly shown on all orders. We automatically deduct these fees when we process the order.
Minimum Account Management Fee
If applicable, the monthly minimum account management fee can be found in the Settlements and Withdrawal accounts tab. This fee will be incurred if you complete less than $300 USD in order volume within the 30 day period before your billing date. The billing date is the same date as your approval date and then every 30 days from there. For example, if you were approved on September 1st, your first billing date would be on October 1st and then every 30 days after that.
Refund Fees
If Sezzle is unable to issue refunds via your refund reserve account, we will require a credit / debit card on file to issue refunds. Any refunds issued through a credit / debit card will incur a refund fee. To avoid refund fees, learn more about Refund Reserves here.
