Our platform operates by charging the following fees:
- Order Processing Fee - A set percentage of each order and a small processing fee for all merchants
- Monthly Minimum Account Management Fee - A $15 monthly fee for merchants with less than $300 USD of order processing volume within a 30-day period*
- Refund fee - for refunds issued using a credit / debit card on file**
There are absolutely no sign-up or set-up costs!
*The currency of the monthly minimum management fee is based on the merchant’s location. The $300 USD order processing requirement will be converted from the merchant’s currency.
**If Sezzle is unable to issue refunds via your refund reserve account, we will require a credit / debit card on file to issue refunds. Any refunds issued through a credit / debit card will incur a refund fee. To avoid refund fees, learn more about Refund Reserves here.
Upon signing up, the approvals team will let you know what rate applies to your store - the rate is determined by the type of products you offer, how long your store has been in business, as well as other factors. You can avoid the monthly minimum management fee by completing more than $300 USD in order volume every month.
