Sezzle has recently implemented Refund Reserves, or a reserve fund, which is money withheld from your Sezzle payouts to ensure there are funds available to cover refunds and disputes on your account. You either have not set this up, or do not have sufficient funds to settle all your refunds via the Refund reserve or pending payouts.
To solve for this:
- Login to your merchant dashboard
- Go to Payment Methods under settings
- Add a credit / debit card to settle your current refunds
